Combining fast and slow Latin American rhythms with popular music of different genres and using simple and seductive dance steps, Latino Fitness in a fun way takes you through a dynamic interval training that will help you improve the quality of life and surely, melt the extra pounds. Training is dynamic, but the steps are easy to follow so with this DVD you can immediately start to dance, even if you haven't danced before.
 
Training on this DVD is based on 5 basic dances (salsa, mambo, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton), divided by the intensity at three  levels. Depending on the degree of exercise, basic dances are complemented with elements of belly dance and flamenco. Warming up and streching are indispensable part of the training.
 
This time, Renata is working out with Filip Kraljević Saričević, reggaeton coach, and Helena Lojen, zumba instructor.
